Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote SP Infocom’s software solutions and expand our client base across domestic and international markets. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, solution pitching, and supporting business growth initiatives in IT, software, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
  • Promote software solutions including web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise systems.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and follow-up discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for accurate solution proposals.
  • Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and business networking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT sales, software services, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of software development services, IT solutions, and digital products.
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing market needs.
  • Experience in international client handling (USA, UAE, Africa) is a plus.
